Domaine de Lupec is a place to slow down, breathe and enjoy the simple things. Surrounded by nature, with its own spring, flowing water and swimming pool, the estate offers plenty of space to be together, while also giving everyone the freedom to retreat and enjoy a little time alone.

Choose your way of experiencing Lupec.

Whether you are travelling alone or as a couple, with your family, a group of friends or several families, we create a stay that suits your group. Long lunches on your private terrace, a drink at the bar, evenings around the fire pit or a game of pétanque — and whenever you feel like cooling off, the swimming pool and natural pool are there for you.

We do not rent the gîtes individually. Together with you, we create the ideal combination, tailored to the size of your group and the season.

L’Échappée · for 1–2 people

A place to slow down and breathe.

Whether you’re travelling on your own to escape the everyday for a while, or as a couple looking to enjoy some peace, space and nature, L’Échappée is a lovely place to find your own rhythm. You stay in La Retraite, your own private space with a terrace, while all the facilities and the warm atmosphere of the estate are right on your doorstep.

Take a dip in the pool, wander down to the water, enjoy a drink at the bar or simply spend an afternoon with nothing planned. Time to catch your breath, enjoy your surroundings and leave the demands of everyday life behind.

Low season: €650 / week
High season: €950 / week

High season: 15 June to 15 September. Weekly rate for La Retraite, your own private space with terrace.

La Parenthèse · 4–5 people

Time together, surrounded by nature.

The gîtes La Retraite and La Lavenderaie are ideal for families who want to enjoy time together, with plenty of space to relax, explore and follow their own rhythm.

Each gîte has its own private terrace and access to everything the estate has to offer. Days naturally unfold around the pool or the water, while evenings invite you to gather around long tables, play pétanque and simply enjoy being together.

Low season: from €850 to €1,250 / week
High season: from €1,350 to €1,750 / week

High season: 15 June to 15 September. Weekly rates for La Retraite and La Lavenderaie.

La Tribu · 6–12 people

Together, with space for everyone.

For larger families and groups of friends who enjoy travelling together, while still appreciating having their own space.

We combine gîtes and studios to create a stay that works for your group. Shared breakfasts, long evenings around the table and memories made together, with a private space where each family, couple or generation can retreat whenever they feel like it.

The pool, the water, the bar, the fire pit and the pétanque court form the heart of the estate. For a week, Lupec becomes a little bit your own home.

Low season: from €1,450 to €2,650 / week
High season: from €2,100 to €3,950 / week

High season: 15 June to 15 September. Weekly rates depend on the combination of gîtes and the number of people.

Le Domaine · up to 20 people

Lupec, all to yourselves.

For large families, several families travelling together or a close group of friends: book the entire estate exclusively and experience Lupec entirely your own way.

All gîtes and studios, terraces and shared spaces are exclusively yours. From the swimming pool and natural water to the bar, fire pit and pétanque court, everyone has their own space while still being truly together.

Long lunches that naturally turn into dinner, children playing by the water, conversations around the fire and lazy afternoons by the pool. This is Lupec at its best: plenty of space to be together, without anyone having to give up their own space.

High season: €6,300 / week

Five unique accommodations, each with its own atmosphere. We do not rent them individually, but combine them according to your group and the season.

Apartment La Retraite

2–4 people

A warm and welcoming apartment for a small family.

Warm earthy tones, a spacious living area and a kitchen surrounded by books give La Retraite its calm and distinctive atmosphere. From the living area, you step straight onto the sunny terrace, with its characterful Moroccan table — the perfect spot to linger outdoors for hours. This gîte has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

La Lavenderaie

A warm family atmosphere with a touch of romance.

La Lavenderaie, affectionately known as the ‘children’s house’, is a cheerful gîte with delicate touches of colourful flowers and the scent of lavender. It has a welcoming living area with an equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and two spacious terraces, each with its own character. One terrace offers beautiful views and is furnished with comfortable loungers — a lovely place to read, enjoy the sunshine or simply do nothing at all. The other is nestled beneath a beautiful tree, inviting you to share a meal, linger over conversations and enjoy long summer evenings together.

La Bergerie

6–7 people

The first house at Lupec, with a story that goes back to the very beginnings of the estate.

La Bergerie was the first house renovated by the father of the family after he bought the estate many years ago. It is therefore an important part of Lupec’s history. Today, this welcoming gîte still carries something of that family heritage, with authentic details, subtle tones and the scent of fresh herbs.

The gîte has three bedrooms, one of them a spacious bedroom under the roof, a compact bathroom for the two upstairs bedrooms, and the charming bedroom with its own bathroom entirely on the ground floor. There is also a spacious living area. Outside, a large private wooden terrace, partly covered, provides the perfect setting for shared meals and long evenings together.

Studio La Source

2 people

A peaceful place close to the water.

La Source enjoys a special position on the estate, close to the little path leading down to the natural pool. You can hear the water in the background here, and within just a few steps you are surrounded by nature. The studio is simply and thoughtfully furnished, with an authentic glass bottle for spring water and a drawing by Dalí adding distinctive touches. With a large double bed that can also be made up as two single beds, and a private bathroom, it is a lovely place for two people looking to slow down, unwind and enjoy their surroundings. La Source does not have a kitchenette.

Studio Les Oliviers

An intimate studio in shades of olive green.

Les Oliviers is thoughtfully decorated around the theme of the olive tree, with warm green tones and small details inspired by Mediterranean life. A large double bed that can also be made up as two single beds, a private bathroom and a charming little terrace with beautiful views make this a lovely place for a stay for two. A place to slow down and enjoy the surrounding nature. Like La Source, the studio does not have a kitchenette.
